During the harvesting process at our Miles City plant, our highly trained Quality Assurance staff work closely with the USDA to maintain the wholesomeness of all meat products and ensure strict adherence to the highest food safety standards. We purchase all of our cattle, lamb, and hogs from Montana ranchers, and provide harvesting for private labeling, as well. In addition to our wholesale operation, this location includes a small retail outlet selling freshly cut choice beef, pork, and lamb.
