Because of the perishable nature of many of our products, Ranch House Meat Co. purchases are not eligible for return or exchange except in case of damage or defect.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. Please inform [email protected] of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact [email protected] so that we can assist you. Please write DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject line. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 7 days of delivery.
